For one-time projects, we work on a standard 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon project handoff and sign-off. For monthly retainer subscriptions, invoices are generated on the 1st of every month and cover unlimited revisions, continuous deployment, and server maintenance.
Absolutely. You can migrate from a one-time project to a monthly maintenance retainer or upgrade your tier mid-project. We'll simply calculate the pro-rated difference and adjust your upcoming milestone payments accordingly.
You do. Upon receipt of the final project milestone payment, full intellectual property rights, database schemas, codebase access (GitHub/GitLab repositories), and vector asset rights are entirely transferred to your company.
